To choose the correct size for you, measure your body as follows:

• Chest :
  Wrap the measuring tape around your chest at the fullest part, making sure the tape is straight and snug, but not too tight.
• Size:
  Wrap the measuring tape around your waist at the narrowest point, making sure the tape is straight and snug, but not too tight.
  
• Hip:
  Wrap the measuring tape around your hips at the fullest part, making sure the tape is straight and snug, but not too tight.
• Arm Length:
  Bend your elbow at a 90-degree angle and place the measuring tape at the base of your neck, measure from the shoulder to the elbow, and finish at the wrist bone.
